Terms and Conditions

Order Process

Please know that our  obligation to each other starts when the order is accepted within our system.  If there are to be any changes made they must be made within the first 24hrs to  insure that we have not started on your custom ordered glasses.

Once the order is placed  we start on your custom order right away to ensure speedy delivery.
Since we are the  manufacturer we will be sure to ship to you exactly what you ordered from our  online store in the best quality

During the ordering  process you must give us your prescription. This prescription must be written  to you by a registered medical practitioner (Optometric O.D) or registered  ophthalmic optician (O.M.D.) after an eye vision exam within the last 2 years  (this is required by law and we cannot deviate from this). This prescription is  then applied to the lens of the eye glass (spectacles) that you have ordered.

We can only accept  responsibility for the correct application of the prescription AS ENTERED into  our order form; but neither for the accuracy of the prescription nor for  incorrect information entered.
By accepting these Terms  you state that all information and details provided by you, including contact  and payment details, are be up-to-date and correct.
At the end of your order  process you are required to click on   "I have read and agree to  these terms and conditions", by clicking on this button you are agreeing to a binding agreement.
Please be sure to read  the terms and conditions; if you disagree with these conditions please refrain  from ordering and using the
EYEWEARINSIGHT.com website.
 

Delivery

Please  double check the delivery address provided to insure accuracy. The glasses will  be delivered to the address provided once full payment has been received.  Delivery is reliant on the delivery company and though effort is made to insure  accurate estimates of delivery times there is no guarantee; minor delays may  occur (acts of God, etc...). We will provide the tracking numbers so that you can  follow up the status of the delivery. In the event that the shipment is lost or destroyed by no fault of EYEWEARINSIGHT.com we will replace the item as soon  as possible. Once delivery has been made any damages incurred are the  responsibility of the customer.

Please  note that prices quoted on EYEWEARINSIGHT.com do not include shipping or insurance these will be quoted at the end of the purchase.

Returns & Refunds


We STAND behind our products, but if for any reason you wish to return an item...

We have a hassle-free exchange or store credit.
But please always keep in mind that these glasses are custom made for you. Taking your time to carefully read the dimensions of the frames and making sure they do not deviate too drastically from the glasses you currently wear will help ensure a better fit. And if at any time you are unsure of how you have entered your prescription contact us by email, phone or chat OR just send us a copy with your name and order number and we will double check your entry. These small steps will ensure a more successful purchase!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please call or email us for a Return Authorization number, and then you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days.  The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging.  Upon receipt and examination, we will issue you credit for the price paid for the item minus the shipping - for a future purchase. Please be advised that in the event you have received free shipping or any discount this will not be valid any longer. The refund for the item will be minus the shipping cost.

We cannot refund the cost of delivery. Delivery charges will be billed to the customer. Where the goods have been shipped back to us the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Items that are damaged or destroyed while in the possession of the customer are not eligible for a full refund. Please contact us so we may handle this on a case-by-case basis.

Liabilities

Please be advised that EYEWEARINSIGHT.com  or its agents or employees are not responsible for any loss that may be  incurred as a result  of damage to  glasses, loss of eyesight, loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data,  contracts or anticipated earnings or savings.
Our responsibility is to provide you with  the item you ordered as you ordered it (ie as per the prescription provided to  us). Please contact a health care professional if the prescription ordered  fails to correct to your satisfaction.

Faulty Goods / Wrong item

All our goods are inspected individually  before shipping.
Once your order has been received if  there are any mistakes, provided you have entered your prescription information  correctly onto our online order system, such as, incorrect prescription, wrong  frame, wrong color, wrong fit; in fact if there is any mistake from our side we  will replace the glasses as promptly as possible without any more cost to you.
If  you should receive a faulty or wrong item please email
returns@eyewearinsights.com. Please quote your order number, name, product  purchased, fault or if a wrong item and whether you require a refund or a  replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with your return.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Please be informed that we may at any time  without prior notice change these terms and conditions. We may post or send by email as notification to let you know changes have taken place. Please continue  to check back and read these conditions in case of any changes that may be  relevant.
If for any reason you feel that your  password or username has been compromised please contact us immediately or take action and change your password and keep your account information safe.
You are responsible for the safe keeping  of your password and username. Any loss incurred due to unauthorized use of  your account is fully your responsibility.
