Contract and Transfer
Please know that the obligations between
Eyewearinsight.com (Beyond Insight LLC)(we) and the Customer(you) start when
the order is accepted within the Eyewearinsight.com system.
This contract is personal to you. You may not transfer the
contract to any other person. We may transfer, assign or subcontract the
contract or part of the contract to any third person or company
Once an order is placed please note that If there are to be any changes
made they must be made within the first 24hrs to insure that we have not
started on your custom ordered glasses.
Once the order is placed we start
on your custom order right away to ensure speedy delivery.
While we make every effort to
ship to you a product as closely related to the product that you see at
Eyewearinsight.com, there may be slight variations in color or style, due to
monitor variances. We also make every effort to ensure that what you ordered
from our online store is the best quality for the price.
You, the Customer, are liable to
enter your prescription as given by a licensed eye care professional. If there
is any question as to the prescription and how to interpret it, you must
provide us with a copy so that we can forward this to the labs we work with
where a licensed optician will interpret the information.
Conversely, you, the
Customer, are to confer with a licensed Optometrist, Optician or Ophthalmic
Doctor before submitting your information.
During the ordering process you
must give us your prescription.
This prescription must be written to you by a
registered medical practitioner (Optometric O.D) or registered ophthalmic
optician (O.M.D.) after an eye vision exam within the last 2 years (this is
required by law and we cannot deviate from this). This prescription is then
applied to the lens of the eye glass (spectacles) that you, the Customer, have

for the correct application of the prescription AS ENTERED into our order form;
but neither for the accuracy of the prescription nor for incorrect information
By accepting these Terms you state that all information and details provided by you, including contact and payment details, are be up-to-date and correct.
At the end of your order process you are required to click on "I have read and agree to these terms and conditions", by clicking on this button you are agreeing to a binding agreement

Please double check the delivery address provided to insure accuracy. The glasses will be delivered to the address provided once full payment has been received. Delivery is reliant on the delivery company and though effort is made to insure accurate estimates of delivery times there is no guarantee; minor delays may occur (acts of God, etc...).
We will provide the tracking numbers so that you can follow up the status of the delivery. In the event that the shipment is lost or destroyed by no fault of EYEWEARINSIGHT.com
we will replace the item as soon as possible. Once delivery has been made any damages incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that prices quoted on EYEWEARINSIGHT.com do not include shipping or insurance these will be quoted at the end of the purchase.
We STAND behind our products, but if for any reason you wish to return an item...Hassle free exchange or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please call or email us for a Return Authorization number, and then you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days. The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Upon receipt and examination we will refund the price paid for the item minus the shipping. Please be advised that in the event you have received free shipping or any discount this will not be valid any longer. The refund for the item will be minus the shipping cost.
However we do not refund the cost of delivery. Delivery charges will be billed to the customer. Where the goods have been shipped back to us the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Items that are damaged or destroyed while in the possession of the customer are not eligible for a full refund. Please contact us so we may handle this on a case-by-case basis. firstname.lastname@example.org

Please be advised that EYEWEARINSIGHT.com or its agents or employees are not responsible for any loss that may be incurred as a result of damage to glasses, loss of eyesight, loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data, contracts or anticipated earnings or savings.
Our responsibility is to provide you with the item you ordered as you ordered it (ie as per the prescription provided to us). Please contact a health care professional if the prescription ordered fails to provide to your satisfaction.
Payments and Listing of Prices
The price stated on Eyewearinsight.com does not include any state Taxes
. It is your, the Customer’s, responsibility to remit any sales
and use tax required by their respective states to the states.
price is clearly stated, but is not included in the listings of products and prices.
It will be added when you, the Customer, place the order.
Payment using the
following Credit Cards is accepted Visa / MasterCard / American
Express/Discover. Credit Card payments are subject to authorization by our credit
card issuer, Authorize.net as well as PayPal.
If authorization is declined, we cannot deliver the products
nor do we have any control of the credit card issuer’s reason for decline.

Cancelling an Order
Orders MAY ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER.
To ensure speedy service our optician starts work on your order immediately.
For orders cancelled within this time period, a full refund of the purchase
price will be issued.
If customer wishes to cancel order after 24 hours,
customer must follow the return policy and procedure as described in the
shipping and returns section on the Site.
Faulty Goods / Wrong item
All our goods are inspected individually before dispatch.
Once your order has been received if there are any mistakes, provided you have entered your prescription information correctly onto our online order system, such as, incorrect prescription, wrong frame, wrong color, wrong fit; in fact if there is any mistake from our side we will replace the glasses as promptly as possible without any more cost to you.
